Realfeel recently completed an architectural 3D animation for the University of Technology Sydney. The 3D animation puts into context new Sydney campus buildings by internationally recognised architect Frank Gehry, alongside well respected local practices Denton Corker Marshall, Lacoste Stevenson, and PTW.
The animation was completed under a very short time-frame and allowed the client and the public to see the relationships of the new buildings to the campus and larger city context. It was featured on Channel 7 news news after the unveiling of Frank Gehry’s new design in December 2010.

The UTS City Campus Master Plan is a vision to deliver an iconic and connected campus that supports the university’s vision to become a world-leading university of technology. The Master Plan is also a ten-year $1 billion redevelopment that will help transform the southern Sydney CBD.
The Master Plan will create a series of new buildings, major upgrades and improved pedestrian connections, right in the heart of the Ultimo and Haymarket community. It will become one of Australia’s most recognised university campuses, with teaching, research and industry engagement spaces that reflect UTS’s position at the cutting edge of creativity and technology. The City Campus of the future will become a destination for staff, students and visitors alike.
UTS’s vision for this future campus has already garnered wide support with government, industry and private donors. This support is evidenced by the $50 million Education Infrastructure Fund grant from the Federal Government for the Broadway Building and the $20 million gift by Australian-Chinese business leader Dr Chau Chak Wing, the largest private donation for a university building in Australia.
